ERT PUMP (Elastic Resistance Training) is a music-based group fitness training method designed to promote health and physical well-being through the use of handled resistance bands and loop bands for full-body exercise.
The ERT PUMP training system consists of 10 to 12 different music tracks, each specifically designed to target a particular muscle group. Exercises are performed rhythmically in synchronization with the music, creating an engaging and highly motivating workout experience.
Due to the resistance-based nature of the method, ERT PUMP effectively develops several health-related components of physical fitness, including cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and healthy levels of muscular hypertrophy. Furthermore, the varying BPM (beats per minute) and movement speeds incorporated throughout different releases engage multiple energy systems, contributing to improved cardiovascular performance and overall physical conditioning.
Research and practical application have demonstrated significant and meaningful improvements in body composition among participants. ERT PUMP was created by Bahador Cham and has been continuously developed and refined for more than ten years.
As of May 23, 2026, a total of 12 official ERT PUMP releases have been produced and delivered through educational workshops and instructor training programs. Through carefully selected music, structured choreography, and established group exercise principles, ERT PUMP provides a dynamic, enjoyable, and highly effective training experience.
The program enables participants to complete a comprehensive 45 to 60-minute workout session with high levels of energy, motivation, and enjoyment, often without experiencing the fatigue commonly associated with traditional exercise programs.
